Sovereign · for government
AI that runs an office's operating work — and waits for a named approver before anything consequential happens.
Sovereign answers calls and texts, keeps records current, drafts communications and keeps the books. The AI proposes; a person you name approves; every action and every approval is written to a tamper-evident ledger. It is built and sold by SVRGN Inc., a small business in Austin, Texas.

What it does
- Calls and texts answered and routed, with the record of each kept current.
- Records and communications — the contact list, follow-ups and outbound messages drafted and queued for approval.
- Books — real double-entry accounting: trial balance, P&L, balance sheet, with entries proposed and approved, not posted silently.
Four unrelated businesses, all founder-owned, run on it today. The same governed spine carries all four.
The controls an auditor will ask about
- Propose, approve, execute. Actions are tiered. Reads run freely; anything reversible needs approval; anything irreversible or external — money, sending, deploys — waits in a named person's queue.
- A record no one can quietly rewrite. Every action and approval is written to a hash-chained ledger; altering any entry visibly breaks the chain.
- Default-deny, fail-closed access. A new endpoint is protected before anyone remembers to protect it, and the build fails if a route is left unguarded.
- Isolation by construction. One deployment cannot see another's data; the cross-tenant path was never built. Contract-tested, 62 of 62.
- Your data trains nothing of ours. The specialists learn from your records alone, live in your environment and leave with you. Connections are OAuth logins you approve and can revoke.
Buying it
The price list is the same for government as for anyone. A $2,500 Diagnostic — one week, a written brief on the office's operations, credited if you continue within 30 days. A $7,500 Sprint. Sovereign Complete at $1,499/mo, 90-day minimum. The Diagnostic and the Sprint are each priced as a single purchase under the federal micro-purchase threshold.
Larger companies outside government: the same offer is described at /enterprise.
Prime contractors looking for a small-business AI software partner: the capability statement above carries the codes and the contact.
What is not true yet
Plainly: no FedRAMP authorization and no agency ATO. Not SOC 2 audited, and no auditor is engaged. No federal past performance, and no external customer of any kind yet. A Section 508 conformance report is not yet published. SAM registration and SBA SDVOSB certification are in process, as stated above. If any of these is a hard requirement for your buy, it is better to know now.
